Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are the minimum standards to establish consistent production, sanitary conditions, processing requirements and control methods to ensure safe product and distribution. They are an important part of U.S. regulatory control over the safety of the nation’s food supply. These requirements are laid out in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 117 (21 CFR 117) and part 111 (21 CFR 111).
